Jordon is responsible for the technical quality, compliance and efficient execution of all domestic and commercial installations, and is instrumental in delivering high-quality installations, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence.

His responsibilities include directly managing installation teams composed of electricians, roofers and labourers, providing electrical expertise and support to installation teams and enforcing rigorous quality control standards, managing certification inspections and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company guidelines, as outlined below:

• Team Leadership: Directly managing installation teams (electricians, roofers, labourers), including performance management, goal setting, talent development and workforce planning.
• Technical Expertise: Providing electrical expertise and support to installation teams, addressing on-site queries and troubleshooting issues to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Enforcing rigorous quality control standards, managing certification inspections and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company guidelines.
• Training and Development: Uplifting the skills and knowledge of installation teams to enhance performance and maintain compliance.
• Health and Safety: Promoting a strong safety culture, managing risk and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to optimise installation processes, reducing errors and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Generating reports and data insights to inform decision-making, mitigating risks and identifying business growth opportunities.

Scott is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of electrical quality across all installations and is a critical link in ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant and high-quality electrical installations.

Scott’s responsibilities include enforcing strict electrical quality control measures to ensure compliance with internal standards, providing on-site technical support to installation teams and providing regular updates and reports to the Installations Manager, supporting in the following areas:

• Quality Assurance: Enforcing strict electrical quality control measures to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Technical Support: Providing on-site technical support to installation teams, troubleshooting electrical issues and offering solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Sharing electrical knowledge and expertise with the office, administration and survey teams to support customer inquiries.
• Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to the Installations Manager on electrical quality performance.

As the Sales and Marketing Director at Infinity Renewables Group Ltd, Michael brings a wealth of experience in marketing, customer acquisition and business growth. Having supported over 500 home improvement businesses on their growth journeys, Michael chose IRG as high top choice in the renewable energy sector, drawn by the Company’s ambitious growth plans and the proven track record of its management team.

With a background in marketing, membership and business development, Michael has a deep commercial understanding of maximising business potential. His previous roles include work at QASSS Ltd. and its renowned consumer protection schemes – DGCOS, HICS and HIES – where he contributed to strengthening industry standards and consumer trust.

In his role at Infinity Renewables, Michael is tasked with establishing a new regional office in Warrington, dedicated to marketing and sales. Leveraging his expertise, he is building and training an outbound sales team focused on lead generation and phone-based sales strategies. By harnessing the Company’s solid foundations and industry-leading products, Michael aims to expand Infinity’s sales pipeline, targeting it to represent to 30% of the Company’s revenue over the coming years.
